The asset view is an additional and separate WBS in a single SAP project i.e. one Project Definition with two work break-down structures. The two structures are always in sync. The process to create the Asset View WBS and ensure synchronization is automated within a framework of business rules. The automation also minimize extra work associated with having an asset view.
